Lately, owners and managers have been forced to make hard decisions about how to allocate budgets, get creative on ways to work with clients and suppliers to maintain relationships, and learned that communicating with people is still one of the most important aspects of running a business and serving customers.

A couple weeks ago I got the urge and went out and got an iPhone thinking maybe all of Zypes could switch over and it would be a great idea to know firsthand how to support them. Here are my impressions and remember this is compared to my Blackberry Storm with Verizon.

Blackberry Storm vs iPhone
