Windows Vista or not?

Now many people will say "Vista, isn't that full of bugs?" or they are just simply afraid to move from XP to Vista because of what they hear. I think this is a great example of how the media controls people's perception. Another reason why I believe people have held back from the upgrade is because Dell still offers it and too many this implies Dell is keeping XP around because they still haven't worked the bugs out of Vista.

Then there are others who have read my last post and thought "I shouldn't have upgraded to Vista and just waited for Windows 7". I personally have been using Vista since the day it came out and I have never once regretted it. In my last post I touted how cool Windows 7 is and well I still love it. Now the drawbacks of Vista are the networking control panel which is just not intuitive and is cumbersome. And the pro's are once loaded up with RAM it will use it and simply be faster, more efficient and stable. Also security is a huge improvement, with Vista I don't even have a Virus scanner installed but with XP I would dream of going without it. So if you upgraded to Vista accidently or because someone talked you into then you made a good choice and it will make your migration to Windows 7 all that much easier.

Do you do any Mac work? Seems like your all Windows stuff.

Sutherland we do work with Macs. I am personally working on my PowerBook now. We see the growth of Macs as inevitable technology in our business environments and if we don't support them well then we are not one step ahead of our competition. Send me an email and I would be happy to answer any other questions.

This is very serious. Yes, vista is lamer than it. That's why microsoft let vista admins go. Also don't be as foolish as them. If you don't buy your meds from myself you are loosing your moola. come to <medsforfree . c om>
